I’ve just bought a tens machine and my initial thoughts are it works, pain and stiffness. I do some gentle Pilates too which does help too.

Thank you, Alec. I do pilates but hadn’t thought about TENS - I’ll have to dust it off! Thanks again x

My wife has recently been prescribed Baclofen 10mg, 1 tab Morn and Tea plus 2 tabs at night. Apparently it's for muscle spasms, she's been on it for a week or two now and was prescribed by the Palliative nurses. Sadly she still says you can't beat the CBD oil that she's been using when required........ of course not prescribed. Lol

I hope she’s comfortable. Thank you, Derek. Which CBD oil do you use?
