Well tests all done in London last week. Many similar tests to the ones husband had 2 years ago. Don't know any results yet as there are going to be meetings with various consultants and experts in these areas.
What was clear was that his rigidity had got worse and his short term memory had worsened too but in the words of the consultant " not bad enough for a parkinsons diagnosis "?!?!?! So until we hear more information still looking at PAF. But seem to have left us more uncertain now.
There's still only 180 people in the country that have PAF. Interestingly my husband said to the person doing the tests that his reflexes seem to be incredibly good as is his hearing and his taste. The technician said that was interesting but is something they don't ask patients of PAF, it could be a common thread in such a rare condition.
Just a waiting game now. Husband is in London today for a specialist heart scan and again on Thursday.
