Hi I had a referral from my neurologist to see a movement specialist for my dystonia I did see him and after he examined me he said he didn't think Botox would be any good for me as I had it in my hands and my arms , the treatment he thought would make my right arm virtually unusable ,so I was advised not to have, the only thing that seems to help me is conazepam it doesn't get rid of it but it does relieve some of the rigidtiy for awhile hope this is of help kind regards Chris

My mum had botox in her neck from her consultant for her antecollis...this was pre her MSA diagnosis when it was still thought to be parkinsons. Sadly it didn't really work.

Hi, my wife had it done about 5 weeks ago at a cost of £650. It can take up to 6 weeks to work but my wife still has the neck pain. My wife is having a booster injection next Monday at a cost of £225 I hope this works. The waiting time is 12/18 on the NHS. We live in Chelmsford.
