I have been in communication with our County Council Council Tax office asking for our banding to be reduced due to alterations for a disabled resident. Today it was confirmed, down one band and the possibility of back dating to 2018 when we had the work done! Hooray!

down banding is allowed wherever a room is taken out of normal domestic use to accomodate equipment for thesole use of a patient
