A reminder that the 4 Counties support group will meet this Thursday 1st October at 2pm. Members will already have the link to join the meeting. If you've not been to our meetings before, why not join us on Thursday - just email [e-mail] and they will send you details of how you may easily be part of our digital support groups which use the simple to use, Zoom.

This month we have two guests a speech therapist and a specialist continence nurse. So it will be speech, swallowing, breathing, bladders and bowels along with the usual chat and catch up on how everyone is doing in these fascinating times.
