Looking forward to seeing those that can make it on Wednesday. We are expecting about 16 people - not to late to join us if you haven't signed up as yet - just take a look at the earlier post for details. All best, Ian

Thanks for making us newbies feel so welcome. Tbh I was half-dreading it as I was expecting lots of hand-wringing and self-pity and I came away struck by the stoicism of most of the people there. The two hours flew by and I could have happily stayed for two more.

Ian - are these the tablets you recommended for sleeping ?

Clonazepam

Came home to find that Stroud DC have approved our adaptation/extension work on the house! Happy days.

Best wishes to all,

Steve & Wendy.

See you at the next meeting.

Good to see you there, I agree the time flew by and hopefully everyone enjoyed the afternoon. Clonazepam is the drug we talked about - as we said, it did wonders for Jackie and Sue but apparently doesn't work for everyone.

Delighted to hear that you have your planning permission - it sounds as if you have some excellent advice but if you want to talk through what we did at any time, just give us a shout.

I'll get an email out to everyone tomorrow and will include details of the 'sleeping' book recommended by Jill.

Take care, Ian
