Hi

I don't know if I can be of any help apart from wishing you well. I was recently diagnosed PVR with a Jak2 positive I also have hart problems, COPY and bad arthritis. and to date the PVR is not affecting me much.so don't worry about it too much you can't change anything. this sight will help but the abbreviations are sometimes a little difficult to understand. I was told that this condition is rare so don't be disheartened if you don't get many replies. its not because people don't care.

all my best wishes and take care

Stan

Thanks Stan! I have had PRV for 7 years now and been a member of this site for some time. I also used to suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, but have not had this for the past 8 years. Unfortunately it has now returned. My query was mainly around medication as the normal medication for RA is Methotrexate which is a low dose chemo, I am also due to start hydroxy next year which is also a low dose chemo. I just wondered how the two would mix? I can ask both consultants when I next see them.

Thanks for your reply.
