Hi I have ET (Jak 2 +) and was just wondering, if anyone could help. My bloods have been relatively stable, until my last set of bloods which showed that my WCC count has risen significantly and I have become anemic too. Is this cause for concern or just naturally happens with ET?

Hi Cheeks, I have had ET JAK 2+ for 25 years. I have not had any such changes in my blood. If ever I do, I will review the changes carefully with my hematologist to determine if anything needs to be done - like more tests or a change in meds. So, I would be concerned but not alarmed. I am sure others will chime in who have experienced such changes and will have more to offer. My best to you.
