This is a problem I encounter daily.
I am convinced it is related to the cognitive problems caused by ET and/or the meds.
A quick trawl through forum posts seems to suggest the problem may be common with others.

yes but i am not sure its the ET or the meds like many engineers I think i am a touch dyslexic and it could also be the red wine catching up with me. does appear to getting worse.

I think not just spelling but I am very forgetful not just because ET or meds but that with all this recent situation that I am overloaded with all that is happening with me. I also have pain in my feet, legs, toes, RLS, etc. These are all things that I am experiencing and I am not sure whether this is all related to ET, meds etc., or....
Know what ? This is something I'd not given much time thinking about until very recently. I was a Forces trained communications operative and could type faster than a speeding bullet. Well, that last bit might involve a slight stretching of the truth but I was (and still am) very quick on a keyboard but since starting on the 'usual' meds most of us here seem to be on eighteen months ago I have found my digits tripping over each other more than I care for. Perhaps it could be my age (56) or it could well be the meds - whatever it is, it's something I'm now keeping an eye on.....
I am good at typing but I do find lately that letters seem to get out of order, I have particular problems with the word 'and' so often I write it as 'adn'. I think my right hand is slower to operate the keys than my left hand, which is very frustrating at times. Until I read your question I really haven't thought anything about this 'problem' but assumed it was to do with my age, I am nearly 66. I didn't think it was related to the disorder PV turning to MF, but you never know.
Is ET known to mess with cognitive function
