I think a while ago on here someone mentioned an app whereby you could find your hospital results. I can’t remember what it is. It’s not the normal NHS app as I can only get my GP records on there, can anyone help?

it depends which app your hospital use. Mine uses Patient Knows Best but their are others. Where my partner goes they use Dr Dr. Best to call your haematology dept/ nurse and ask.
My patient portal is Health for Me in Oxford.
Pencil and paper for me. My haematology team don’t automatically share results. I still have to ask at my appointment..
Think none in Wales.
I seem to remember that I had a code from the hospital to sign up for My chart. If you go on your hospital general site you may see which one they subscribe to. I find it very useful, once I got used it.
Thanks for all the replies.
It is called Patients Know Best and is available south of the border but in Scotland is only available to Renal patients !
MyChart in Exeter.
I do find it helpful to see results before a review, and MyChart shows trends over time as well, which is useful. Hope you are able to identify, and use an app relevant to your hospital. Best wishes
Thank you. I’ve applied to get my records through the hospital website but they don’t seem to use anything like you mention.
