If you search around a bit, you can find some information on the links between diabetes and myelofibrosis. Inflammation plays a role in both conditions. Here are a couple of articles that flagged on a simple search.

anncaserep.com/open-access/...

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

You can search in more depth and likely find some information; however, there may not be as much wished using the various search engines.

The body is an integrated system and even "unrelated" conditions can impact how each condition manifests. Suggest consulting with a MPN Specialist regarding your question. If you have an Integrative or Functional medicine doctor available they may also be able to shed some light on your question.
