I’ve been told these mushrooms are very good for boosting immunity; has anyone heard or tried them?

I’ve been taking the powder form for about 2 years .

So hard to evaluate what effect they have had…

Hopefully helps lesson effect of Hydroxy….

Studies have been done on various cancers but not MPNs as far as I’ve seen .

What are your thoughts ?

I haven't it yet. My brother has sent me information about how these mushrooms boost immunity. I'll give it a go, he's also sent me capsules.

yes. Turkey tail are wonderful. Unfortunately, I personally have developed an intolerance to all mushrooms because I was eating them with wheat and I had leaky gut. 😑 they are known to help kill certain forms of cancer as well! I was taking them in capital form, (dried powder)

hi Waterloveryippee, you need to check with your haematologist or haematology clinical nurse specialist that it is ok for you to take any supplements or vitamins. Best wishes, Maz

What a shame they have to be all broken down and put into a capsule/pill, when you could have the enjoyment of eating them as part of a delicious meal!

Oh. That's intriguing. I'm taking so many supplements atm; I can't bear to take any more!

Yes, I've been taking the mushroom capsules for about a month. My doctor told me they were good for many things such as boosting my memory and immune system. I will give them a couple of months to see if I feel differently.
