JAK2 Mutation Analysis (Quest Labs - USA)

Has anyone gotten their JAK2 Mutation Analysis done in Quest Labs in the US?

Test is positive for JAK2 mutation. There is a mutation frequency line item in the report, which shows 16% -- my question is , does anyone know if this mutation frequency line item = allele burden?

That does appear to be the mutant allele burden, AKA Variant Allele Frequency.
