Has anybody had issues with their eyes from taking these medication. I was told yesterday my lens in my eye has slightly changed colour and I have had floaters ?

I have never heard of hydroxy causing floaters nor changes to the lens. Both of those things can be part of aging as well as other ocular issues. Hydroxy can cause yellowing of the eyes (or skin). medlineplus.gov/druginfo/me...
Suggest that you review these issues with a MPN Specialist. The other docs on your care team are unlikely to be familiar with the MPN treatment issues.
I get floaters on a regular basis with PV when my platelets are up, I use Ivizia eye drops to help alleviate them or slow them down.
Talk to your doctor first regarding your condition.
