Hi all , Just updated on my appointment from last week has put my treatment on hold last week to see how nerphils wbc still on low side but slightly going back up bit to 1.0 my platelets are now 325 so Dr says he's stopping my treatment for now he doesn't know if it's the treatment what is causing low nerphils wbc so he's going keep eye on me and see him again in 2 weeks time ,has I've let him know am still getting tinglings in my feet constantly again feel going up my legs at time ,headaches on off and dizzy on and off so I just don't know at moment but he wants to see if my nerphils wbc will go bk to normal range too just thought il update to all.

Glad to hear that you had the chance to see your doc. It sounds like you have a good plan in place. Backing off on the PEG would make sense. You are well below target for PLT and neutropenia is a known adverse effect of PEG. The cut-off my MPN care team is using to monitor neutropenia is NEUT<01.0. Given that you are having other potential PEG side effects, backing off for a while seems prudent. Perhaps you will continue at a lower dose when things stabilize.
