Fascinating Results different drugs

My journey on different drugs shows the reaction they can have in short periods. I am ET Jak2 positive diagnosed March 2022.

Took Hydroxy 500mg daily 5 days week .My body reacted very badly to it but platelet’s of 590 dropped to 420 in 6 weeks. Off everything from May until September stuck to Mediterranean diet no alcohol platelets rose to 560. Pegasus Interferon started at dose of 45 weekly But only coped with 4 injections as horrendous Migraines. However Haemotology at hospital today showed platelets down to 300 after only 4 injections. Will start Interferon again January on a v low dose of 25 hopefully to combat severe migraines. Professor Harrison now oversees my treatment with Haemotology & they are happy with that situation .

Thought this information may help show how responsive these drugs are. However I do feel dietary sensible foods help especially keeping off sugars & carbs except odd treat. Anti inflammatory diet definitely impoved my energy & less aches . And the increase of regular water all day . Not forgetting regular daily walking even on days everything ached it eased pain .👍
