I have a recent diagnosis of PV, I'm wondering if anyone else experiences aggrivating pain in the knees at night and restless legs? It's becoming quite distressing as im already fatigued, but it takes me 4 hours to fall asleep, so im really tired. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated!

Yes I have experienced that issue. In my case it was actually a magnesium deficiency. A Mg supplement solved the problem.

Yes, I agree, have also found that magnesium helped with fatigue. You can also get magnesium spray to massage legs, which also helps. Also a small amount of organic aloe vera gel massaged in seems to help aching or itching.

Hi,

I have found eating 1-2 bags of crisps after 4pm before 8pm a night has helped me. No restless legs . On really bad nights, I have taken a antihistamine ( green packet ) £1 shop sells them. which helps me to sleep, But so far since August the crisps are working.

Best Wishes Angelina gaffer
