Hello and welcome. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing myalgia as a side effect of PEG, Unfortunately this is one of the things that we can experience. Hope it stays tolerable and you can continue to use the PEG as your treatment of choice. The fatigue issue is always harder to sort out since it can be an adverse effect of PEG or just be from the MPN itself.
