I just had a ct scan for another reason and it said I had mild hepatimegaly (enlarged liver). Does anyone know if that could be caused by ET? Thanks!

The enlarged spleen is well known in MPN but apparently enlarged liver can also be a symptom. But it doesn't make clear whether "mild" is included here.
I’d make sure I got a copy of the CT report. Send a copy to your blood nurse with your concerns. I think the liver makes platelets.
