NHS Services and Hydroxycarbamide

Have been using hydroxycarbamide for twenty years, diagnosed living in London and received NHS exemption for perception's, dental and eye care. Moved to Glasgow eleven years ago and have had no issues until today.

Have received a dental bill for over £200.00 and advised that due to the benefit I receive am no longer entitled to free dental and eye care.

Has anyone else had this experience and any advice on how to check if this is correct?

Fill in a HC1 form and you should hopefully get a HC2 issued that will cover future costs
