Triple Neg ET often has non-drivers

I just came across this report. It may be one reason to get a full genetic panel if you're triple neg. 82.5% had non-drivers, I think this is much higher than most driver positive ET.

TET2 is the most common, others listed here. I don't see any of the familiar worst ones.

(EZH2, RILP/PRPF8, IDH1, ASXL1, IKZF1, RUNX1, RB1, ETV6, and STAG2. )

No progression was seen for 7 years - 40 patients.

As usual, this added info is mostly for future reference as they learn the meaning of these mutations.
