My alert and chat options have suddenly become inaccessible, the little circle keeps spinning in the middle of the page but neither will open.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

hi Trueblue8, I am sorry that you are having this problem, I am afraid I can't resolve it, you will need to contact the HealthUnlocked team as they are responsible for the overall running of this site, you can contact them using the help button, on the top right hand side under your picture, you will get a box with 2 options, Answers and Ask, click on Ask and fill out the details of your problem and someone from HealthUnlocked will get back to you.
