Per ePocrates there is no interaction between those three meds. As always. be sure to check with your pharmacist and/or doctor to confirm. You can also check yourself atepocrates.com

or

Hi I have had PV for 12 years . I have been taking half tablet of piriteeze every night for around 5 years to help with my skin itch. Specialists are aware and have said if it helps there is no reason why not. They didn’t suggest it though !

I was prescribed Cetirizine Hydroxychloride by my Haem and I also take Hydroxycarbamide. I don't however take Abixaban, so as Hunter mentions, best to check with your doctor to confirm.
