How would you describe your fatigue and bone pain? MPN ET

Mine is like someone beat me up. As for the bone pain, I feel dull, aching, and draining pain. Like there is a device that sucks your bones and muscles.

The fatigue or when my platelets are up it’s like wearing a lead boiler suit. As for bone pain as yet I’m lucky to have escaped that up til now.

Hi I fo get the feeling of tiredness quite alot lately and also I get body pains but not all the timexx

Your description sounds about right, though the pain in my hips and spine feel like I'm grinding glass. I also suffer from insomnia..

I suffer from insomnia too, it’s as if I get 4 hours really good sleep then doze for4. Hence tired during the day!

The fatigue and pain are present pretty much everyday. I have been on HU and am not getting any relief. I just went through an episode of severe back pain. So bad, I could hardly walk. Could not even wipe myself on the potty. TMI, sorry! I got a medrol dose pack and after 10 days I am better. And I did nothing to my back! I just woke up with the pain.My body hurts all the time. I have cats who like to walk across me and that hurts! 🐾🐾

I have to have about 10 hours of sleep a night. If not, I make it up on the weekend.

There are days where I have zero energy. It’s good that I work from home.
