Anxiety and palpitations

Hi l have ET and Jak2 l take warfrin and hydroxy. I have had tests for irregular heart beats which have included ECG monitoring and cardiac stress tests with no obvious indications of cardiac problems. I can't seem to tolerate a variety of blood pressure meds and have been taking indepamide which has managed my BP well. Over the last couple of months l am experiencing rapid heart beat usually happening at night and anxiety during the day. I have had quite a few losses family relations and friends, and currently support my family with our aged mother who has cancer. My second covid jab left me feeling ill for weeks and lm struggling with a very painful left shoulder. I feel very vulnerable right now and don't have the best confidence in my GP practise. My husband is struggling with my illness and worried by my palpitations. Any advice is welcome.

hi Adiewon2, I am sorry that you are having these problems, it sounds like you are having quite a stressful time with so much going on. I know you have said you don't have much confidence in your GP practice, but please talk to your GP about how you are feeling vulnerable, and feeling unwell, they will be able to help you. Best wishes, Maz
