Fatigue is the most common of the constitutional symptoms of MPNs. It can result from iron deficiency as well. There are interventions that can help based on the underlying cause(s) of the fatigue. Here are a couple of resources from our friends at Voices of MPNs.

Hope you find relief soon.
I do hope they also checked your Vit B12 and folate, as these all work together to make healthy RBC and can play a significant part in fatigue.
I have an in born anaemia and was on iron for years because my HG was low. We’ll, I had more than enough iron in body and should not have been taken iron! Check your iron and ferritin levels before substituting. My doctors didn’t. 🙂
