Sorry to post twice in one day! I have just heard that I have a telephone appointment with an MPN specialist at Guy's next month. I am so pleased and grateful to my regular haematologist for contacting them. She does a great job but is willing to admit to gaps in MPN knowledge, as she is a general haematologist.
I am post ET MF and if anyone has suggestions for questions for me to ask, I would be grateful.
Thanks all, Jennie

Outstanding! Very glad to hear you have a consult with a MPN-Specialist. And that your hematologist is on-board with it. The sign of a good doc is when the doc puts your health before their own ego. I have the same arrangement - a wonderful local hematologist who provides on-going care and a MPN Specialist who consults about my care plan.
Two thoughts on the appointment
1. If it is possible to switch to a tele-video appointment they are much better. 2. Be sure to write down all your questions or issues you want to address. You might be able to send the list in advance to the MPN Specialist.
Thank you Hunter. Yes my haematologist is really good that way - it was she who actually contacted the MPN team at Guy's on my behalf. I shall certainly be making a list of questions and luckily I have until 10th May to think about it.
