I was given an MPN Voice leaflet when I was diagnosed that explained what MPNs are and included definitions of lots of terms such as ET, PV etc. I've found it incredibly useful for taking to different appointments including giving to the midwives while I was in labour last week. Unfortunately I didn't get it back from them so I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get hold of another copy? Thanks in advance!
