COVID and hydroxycarbamide

Has anyone had COVID whose is taking hydroxycarbamide.

Happy New Year, yes I’ve had covid last month . I have PV and on hydoxurea 1500 mg. My platelets have sky rocketed since. Hope you are feeling better

Crotchety here. PV jak2 positive. Yes, I am recovering from Covid and am on hydroxicarbamide and aspirin. I haven't had it badly. I wonder if my asthma medicines have protected me. I take a fostair inhaler, vitamin D with calcium and montelukast. Weight loss a bit of an issue and fatigue but was before. I'm also waiting the result of a bone marrow biopsy. But no brain fog! Haven't needed medical help with Covid. Hope you recover well.

Yes I have had it had blood tests on the day I became infectious with out knowing my platelets stayed the same was very unwell with headache ,hard to breathe and no energy. Not isolating now but aweek past that still not well.I had a hemo appointment on telephone aweek after blood tests and they didn't seem bothered that I had the virus
