Mutation
Hey there ciye...
Nice to be making your acquaintance. My name is Steve from Sydney, diagnosed 2016 w/ Post ET / MF (Myelofibrosis).
With MPNs ciye, there are basically Three (3) types of mutation known as the 'Driver' mutations. Those 3 ALL open the 'switch' for want of a better word to what is called the 'JAK-STAT' pathway, which in turn is what is thought as the major cause to the proliferation of our blood cells. Those three (3) Driver mutations are known as:
* JAK2V617F
* CALR
* MPL
There are a few other less well known or termed "Unclassified" Driver mutations but these are the main three (3)...
All I gather it means essentially, is that you currently have been diagnosed as having ET.
ET, essentially, is generally referred to as a chronic form of blood cancer that might prove entirely asymptomatic, aside from having elevated blood platelets. Here's a general link that might help explain a tad more for you:

Hope this helps ...
Stay safe & well...
