ET and Blood Pressure Meds

Hi again ET Jak2neg and I am finding it hard to find a blood pressure tablet that agrees with me after taking for four to six weeks I start to loose my breath and get a radiating back pain dies anyone else have this problem

Far be it for me to go against any doctor's advice - but you might want to look into thepeopleschemist.com/cardi... I am not taking it right now - but I will be in the future and I currently take the daily dose, and joint fx - both of which are magic.

Some BP meds like beta blockers are notorious for dyspnea. Unfortunately, it is sometimes a matter of trial and error to find what works for you. For me, it was an ARB - losartan - that worked great. No side effects at all. Expect it is different for all of us.

Would note that there are non-medicine things you can do. Cardio-vascular conditioning, weight loss, stress management, limiting caffeine, diet - can all help. Some practices like Qigong can also help. We all have to find what works for each of us.
