Hi, any advice ? to keep me safe while being a frontline worker with stable ET taking chemo ? Neutrophils 4.2

Don't worry...number one as you will make yourself ill. This is going to be here for a long time and we have to adapt.. Does your employers give you any protection..gloves for e.g... anything at all if not ask why..

Wash your hands thoroughly..use a good hand cream./alcohol gel

Front line work can mean anything police nursing.. you can hardly have a 2m gap when dealing with the public..

Just think hygiene ..think carefully and don't panic...I hope you will be ok.

I was an emergency Front line worker so I know how it is... make sure your employer takes the right protection for you.

It's hard if your Front line..be safe
