BMB was fine. Thank you all for your good wishes

Thank you all for wishing me well with the BMB yesterday. The procedure went OK, helped by 1 gm lorazepam and all the entenox( gas and air - nitrous oxide) I could inhale. And a very friendly Portugese nurse. I was told that they got a good core. Apart from being a bit sore today ( so I’ve been resting) I’m fine. Consultant appointment on Thursday to look at trends in blood numbers and see what can be done. All the best, and thank you again for your support.

Well done 👍🏻 bmb’s are not my favourite thing but in the end its worth it! Glad to hear it went ok! To me the worst part was when the doctor showed me the sample up close😂😂

Glad to hear that. My last one was not pleasant at all even though I was lightly sedated. I was told I need one once a year from now on to monitor the progression of my MF. They are very informative so I don’t mind. Let us know what they find.

Best wishes,

Cindy
