Neuro-Behçet’s or Fibro symptoms

It’s looking like I’ll get a diagnosis of Behçet’s but on research I’ve come across Neuro-Behçet and wondering if some of my current symptoms could be linked. At the moment I’ve felt they’ve been hidden under the Fibro heading.

Facial pins and needles

Hot spots on scalp, sometimes wet

Random ‘numbness’ On arms and legs

Tinnitus and strange loss of balance although no falling.

I too have Behcets disease... since 1989... I've been tested for neuro Behcets via a head and neck scan, it was clear..... I too gave fibromyalgia.... I have all the same symptoms as you, but have you had your blood pressure checked because mine e was 183/ 160 and I had the symptoms but worse!!! Hope you get the all clear, you dont want this aspect of Behcets...
