I am new here. My partner who is 64 had ET for several years, treated with hydroxea. However earlier this year following illness and a BMB he was diagnosed with MF. He has all the constitutional symptoms and the fatigue is awful. He has now been on Rux (plus hydroxea off and on) for four weeks and has had two blood transfusions. We are wondering if anyone else has had this continuous level of fatigue and if the Rux has worked for them. Thanks

Yes, there are many MPNers here who I am sure will eventually inform you that possibly the most common symptom that most of us suffer from is fatigue, and sometimes extreme fatigue...
I found that my fatigue really did improve under Ruxolitinib within about a month or so, in my case.
However, the other thing that I found was changing my diet to an anit-inflammatory diet, and creating a consistent exercise regime has really helped in my case too...
I have MF - the Ruxo helps a lot - no more itching, night sweats etc but the only thing that helps the fatigue is having regular blood transfusions - every month. By the end of the month I can feel the good effects wearing off and the need for another. Regards SkipperL
