I need help. I need to find a MPN specialist or a doctor that knows about PV. My doctor is an idiot. Also, I need a doctor that accepts Medicaid. I’m 31 years old and I need to find a good doctor that actually know about PV or MPNs. Because, well I will be having to see this doctor for the rest of their life probably. I’m located in south Louisiana btw.

Hi. Have you tried one of the US sites like Patient Power - there’s an MPN element? Someone else here might be able to suggest other sites. I know there are lists of US MPN specialists / centres. Good luck!
