Thank you, listening to Professor Harrison’s interview has widened my knowedge on the amount of different medication is available to us.

I don't seem able to get this interview.

Thanks for posting this Paul. I'm not sure that I understand the significance of all these new developments, but it's very reassuring to see that there is such an active field of research. Maybe we are approaching the time when MPNs cease to be incurable - we can but hope.

All the research I’ve seen is that our Hems are very confident that they will have new drugs available with 5 years that will buy us another 5 - 7 years until next crop of new drugs. An out right cure appears out of reach at the moment but they are targeting a normal life with much reduced symptom burden. And a near normal life span albeit subject to medication.

When you consider the amount of ongoing research now versus 10 years you have to be encouraged!
