My husband was diagnosed wjth secondary pv which is caused by smoking cigs well he quit smoking and his blood count is slowly fixing its self but i want to knlw why hes always fatigued and what can u do to prevent from being fatigued all the time energy drinks help? How do u cope with ur secondary pv or pv fatigue??

Hi Samantha, glad to hear that your husband's blood count is getting better. He can try gentle exercise to help with the fatigue, I know it seems daft when you are tired to try and do some exercises, but it does help, just going for a walk is enough, he doesn't need to go to a gym and do an extreme work out, but moving around does help.
