Just what I need to hear this morning. There IS light at the end of the tunnel.
I am only one week into my diagnosis of MF, living in Somerset and feeling quite isolated but hopeful. The drug has been mentioned but not tried. Thank you for this mornings lift.
When offered a new alternative medicine ,at this stage ,you have nothing to lose . You feel awful very uncertain about your future ,,we all go to that place in the early days ! Start today my lovely !! Get shopping ..read books ,,eat all growing ,good things to make your blood clean and fresh ...it's not rocket science ! It's just common sense ,,,you are unique ,a one off ,,very ,very ,valuable ..learn to realise your potential !! Love twinkly ..❤️😘😍💜
I've always been keen on a good diet and even more so since I've been on steroids for PMR since April 2016. Very proud to say I haven't put on a pound. But lately, feeling so tired and breathless I've succumbed to a bit more sugar (ice cream being my one weakness) I'm sure I could clean up a bit more. Thanks for your encouragement! Bless you today especially.
