It's Christmas Eve and all through our house not a creature is stirring not even a mouse !! ( Let's face it no mouse would survive in a kitchen with 6 poodles about ) .....but still ,,let me say to my wayward son Chris ,,stay strong my lovely boy ,loads of special wishes coming down your chimney tonight ,,a sack full of hopes and good dreams ,for a life full of no pain ,,no worries ,,just strength and good times ahead ..I'm just charging up my "broom stick "to make a few visits !! Merry Christmas Twinkly, and to Maz and the other volunteers, and to Dr. C. Harrison who provides such good help and support.

We are suddenly knee deep in snow here in Canada, so we are looking very Christmassy. I have my snow tires on now- and the snow tires and the anti locking brakes saved me from sliding quite badly through a red light yesterday, (I was just puttering along too). I have no babysitting grannie duties today, so I'm off to cook the cranberries and to make the stuffing.
