Try really hard to live life to the full. Maybe a small step to start.. Try a new type of tea .so many lovely different flavours ..try making home made cake ,you will know all the healthy fresh ingredients ..fruit salad instead of puddings ..home made soup instead of sandwiches...make a change ,brighten your day !!

Very funny Twinkly I was always telling my lovely wife that her sheps pie wasn't quite as good as my mam used to make, that was until I caught her on a bad day and ended up wearing it. Hmm. Yes I might take your advice and try a few new beers to wash my Rogan Josh down with. I accidentally put one of my wife's Redbush bags in me cup t'other night and it was actually quite drinkable. O.k. So your turn next ...lets hear your thoughts and moans ..you must have something you need to get off your chest !! I wonder sometimes am I a voice in the wilderness ,,maybe you all feel so good now we don't need to know ,,but you can be sure someone who maybe lives alone would like to hear you ...my little I pad works overtime keeping my buddies on the up ..one has just been given all clear for a year !! We spoke everyday .through chemo and surgery ..I feel drained at times but it is so rewarding when it comes right in the end ,,so get on now and buddy up ...xxxxx
