finally got my prescription card through this morning one thing less to have to worry about as meds were taking a big chunk out of my budget. to all those who have not got one keep on and on at your GP.

Do I need to be claiming DLA/PIP to get one or can anyone get one for long term sickness?

Your haem signs FP92A form that hospitals have, and you receive card within couple weeks. Yes they tick cancer, it lasts 5 years

Ay up Sparko glad to hear you got your card as you shouldn't be payin for meds. As a fellow angler I know peops have 'carped' on about this before and it pees me off big style when 'we' with MPN's have to battle to get our meds without jumpin throo hoops and leavin us a tad short of doh-ray-me. I couldn't buy any boilies for 3 months when I got diagnosed but fortunately I'm dab hand with floating crust. Just struggle to cast it 50 yard. . . Take care buddy and keep well. Cheerz
