Migraine and piles medication

Hello. I know that the subject sounds weird but I suffer from piles quite badly and the issue is that most medication (ointments or else) contain some type of numbing agent, which in turn will be absorbed by the body and trigger migraines. It is the like of Lidocaine and of course, the glycerinates products. The pharmacist has no idea what to give me. Does any of you know of a medication which helps without triggering headaches? Thank you.
