hi I have been suffering headaches,and have had a spot on my scalp for a couple of years but have noticed it has got larger and is sore now also have few little ones in the same area anyone know what this could be

No idea. You'd need to see a doctor or a dermatologist. It may be unconnected to your headaches, but only a medic can help you with that.
