Has anyone tried Gamma core and what are their thoughts on its success for migraine

Wonder if anyone has any thoughts on the use of gamma core

I gave it a long trial and it didn't work, in fact I got worse. But I think everyone's migraine is unique & it might work for others.

Thanks for the reply. I tried cefaly a year ago. Was utter torture. But did rid me of nausea but not the permanent facial tingling. Which i think is the unhappy trigeminal nerve. And yet its a trigeminal nerve stimulator. Did yiu have to buy it or nhs?

I was very lucky - after a seven year wait I managed to see a headache specialist who arranged a free trial for me. I was told by my GP though that if the trial was successful, I would not be funded for the treatment to continue. So I was also lucky that it didn't work. I would have liked to discuss why it didn't work for me, but there was no follow-up.

I'd like to try Cephaly but the cost puts me off. Migraine has cost enough already.

I paid 363£ a year ago for cephaly but u get 280 back if it dosnt work for you

Hi there.

I tried Gammacore for several months. It didn’t work for me although I have heard that it is more effective for people with cluster headaches. It didn’t improve my chronic migraine at all. It also gave me pain in my chest and palpitations so I discontinued use.
