My husband gets regular migraines which severely limit him. He's had them for many years and still does even though he's now in his 60s.

Have you done a food sensitivity test (not allergy test)?

I suffered with chronic migraines for 27 years and my daughter also started getting migraines too.

Once we gave up all forms of dairy, our migraines stopped.

I also learned about the side effects of long term exposure to glyphosate (round up) IN OUR FOOD.

So, I've stopped buying pasta made in the US and this has helped as well.

As a side note, I just completed an allergy test and of course it came back as negative for all foods and environmental possibilities.

But, by the time I got to my car, I had a migraine.

I called the doc back and told him, he said listening to my body is a lot more accurate than any food allergy tests.
