Looking for other people who suffer from vestibular migraine and their triggers and medication

I had to go for special physiotherapy here in Ireland. It took 5 months to get better. 3 years later I am still afraid to leave the house alone in case I fall. I am back at the clinic again doing exercises to build up the strength in my legs and to regain confidence to go out alone. Hope this helps. Regards ,195fifi.
