Hayfever & Headaches

Well we've well and truly hit summer in the UK and that means pollen and headaches. How are the hayfever sufferers amongst us coping this year? My hayfever has exploded into life the past week and with it I've had auras every day but thankfully avoided a migraine due to my medication.

Oh, sorry to hear that, that's unfortunate that your hay fever triggers migraine - it makes no difference to my migraine at all, so I might be sneezing, coughing and have runny eyes, but it does not trigger a migraine.

I have that too, have you found anything that helps to prevent it as a trigger?

I take an antihistamine daily to control my allergic reactions. The heat hits my seizures and I always look forward to winter. Our whole family suffers from hay-fever!
