So I have been taking topirmate now for approximately 6 months and also suffer from tinnitus has anyone else found that it has made the tinnitus worse and how do you deal with it

I take topiramate for epilepsy and I also have tinnitus like you but it hasn't changed so it's been fine for me. All meds affect people differently though.The only side effect I had from topiramate was weight loss.

I too have tinnitus and was on topiramate. I didn’t really pay attention to that so I’m not sure although mine is better than it was so it’s possible.

I had far too many side effects when on Topiramate for 7 months. It caused both deafness and tinnitus. I'm off it now and feel better.
