I have had many occipital nerve blocks. I will randomly get migraines that last for about 6 weeks about twice a year. I go in to my neurologists office daily and get the occipital nerve blocks. He even meets me there on weekends. If I didn't get the nerve blocks I don't honestly know how I would survive. And then approximately 6 weeks later I wake up migraine free. I would definitely recommend them.
